What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of integration products end to end.
  • Shape how merchants connect Mollie to their tech stack and ensure those connections work reliably at scale.
  • Enable Mollie's expansion into new markets and product areas through integrations.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, external partners, and engineering teams.
  • Define strategy for integrations.
  • Manage budgets independently.
  • Be accountable for KPIs measuring integration success.
  • Build and refine a portfolio that matters to merchants.
  • Launch new integrations in key areas.
  • Manage integration products with clear strategy, defined KPIs, and owned budget.
  • Launch new integrations across pre- and post-order systems.
  • Expand Mollie's reach into new markets and merchant tech stacks.
  • Maintain reliable integrations with strong lifecycle management.
  • Create support processes that keep merchants unblocked and escalations moving forward.
  • Strengthen partnerships with existing suppliers together with Procurement.
  • Shape new partner relationships from selection through negotiation.
  • Communicate integration developments, timelines, and decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improve the integration portfolio through collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering.
  • Build a meaningful distribution channel from the ground up.
  • Use AI to shape the future of finance with Mollie.

What they require

  • 3 or more years of experience as a delivery manager, product manager, or solutions engineer in the software industry.
  • Ideally experience in fintech or payments.
  • Hands-on experience operationalising APIs.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce payment processes from checkout through to post-order.
  • Ability to bridge commercial and technical stakeholders confidently.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to commercial and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with at least one major ecommerce platform such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopware, or BigCommerce.
  • Good understanding of the broader merchant stack including ERP, order management, and finance tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, modern web standards, and tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong project management instincts.
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
