What you'll do

  • Own the metrics and analytical direction for the Payments product area.
  • Work directly with Product Directors to influence strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Drive decisions on what to build, what to kill, and where to invest through analysis.
  • Define what success looks like for the product area.
  • Build frameworks to measure product success.
  • Ensure major decisions are backed by solid analysis.
  • Help product areas strategically build the product by bringing ideas for new growth opportunities.
  • Estimate the potential impact of growth ideas.
  • Guide product strategy through metric frameworks and insights.
  • Work with higher management, business stakeholders, and researchers to create and validate hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts related to the team’s main metrics.
  • Manipulate and transform large datasets to bring new insights and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to test new features and validate hypotheses through experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Perform segmentation analysis to understand customers and their main drivers to engage with the products.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously evolve the analytics stack for complex payments processes across many apps and technologies.
  • Support analytics for accepting and processing patient payments to doctors and clinics for appointments.

  • 2+ years working closely with product managers and user research teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential.
  • Experience with DBT.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar is essential.
  • Experience with event-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar is essential.
  • Experience with Python and its ecosystem of Data Science libraries.
  • Experience working with Claude Code or similar AI IDEs.
  • Great communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights that executives and stakeholders act on.
  • Fluent in manipulating, transforming, and reshaping data, preferably from multiple data sources.
  • Experience doing root-cause analysis.
  • Experience applying statistical concepts like regressions and proving correlations and causation.
  • Experience contributing to data warehouses, creating aggregated data sets, and understanding data pipelines and flows.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and measuring A/B tests and interpreting results.
  • Experience enabling others by training stakeholders on tools and helping teams become more data-literate and autonomous.
