What you'll do

  • Prompt review: Go through the prompts business users type into Prism and improve them, using Snowflake Cortex and tools like Claude and Codex, so their questions get read correctly against the semantic layer.
  • Query certification: Check user queries and the answers Prism gives back, confirm they hold up against the source data, and sign off so the business can trust the results.
  • Quality ownership: Keep an eye on the questions users ask and the answers they get, and watch for repeat errors, gaps, or misreads so they get fixed.
  • Semantic layer work: Work with Data Science and Engineering to improve the semantic layers built from the raw SQL tables, including the taxonomies, metadata, and labeling, so Prism understands the data better.
  • Data analysis: Dig into how data connects across pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and other areas, and use what you find to shape how that data is represented in Prism.

What they require

  • At least 3 years in data analysis, data correlation, or similar analytical work.
  • Strong technical skills without being a software engineer. You're comfortable with SQL, semantic layers, and data structures, and you can dig into a problem on your own.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex, and a good sense of how they read structured data and prompts.
  • A working knowledge of semantic data modeling (ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar) and how it supports AI querying.
  • A track record of turning messy data relationships into clear requirements, working alongside Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills. You can talk to business owners and explain complicated data and AI ideas in a way people can act on.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with pharma, or with contracts and pricing.
  • Preferred: A 4-year degree in a related field.

Benefits

  • Shape how a market-leading platform's AI understands and responds to life sciences data.
  • Work at the intersection of data science, semantic modeling, and product innovation, with visibility to senior product and company leadership.
  • Mission driven: Work with the purpose of helping to improve patients' lives!
  • Excellent and affordable medical benefits + non-medical perks including Flexible Paid Time Off
  • Robust Learning & Development opportunities including over 700+ development courses free to all employees
