What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end human-led adoption programs for a specific feature or market, including strategy, session design, facilitation, follow-up, and performance for 1-to-many and 1-to-1 programs.
  • Identify underutilised product areas and customer segments and translate adoption opportunities into scalable human-led initiatives such as clinics, masterclasses, and peer roundtables to supplement tech driven journeys.
  • Build proactive repeatable coaching playbooks for high-value or at-risk accounts with low feature penetration, delivering targeted and consultative optimisation support.
  • Conduct live qualitative deep-dives to understand psychological or workflow barriers to adoption and map those insights back to core customer personas.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data, Education, Launch and Account Management to create a cross-functional customer journey aligned with product priorities, merchant needs, and operational realities.
  • Advocate for customers across the wider organisation and surface the reasons why features are not being picked up or sticking.
  • Build deep relationships with customer-facing and product teams to create a coherent and consistent customer feedback loop.
  • Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives, including work outside the strict scope of the role.

What they require

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Product Training, Consultative Customer Enablement, Implementation Consultant, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience translating product features into business outcomes and developing interactive workshops or coaching programs that solve customer friction points.
  • Experience gathering qualitative customer feedback from live interactions and turning it into actionable recommendations for product, onboarding, or adoption improvements.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to teach complex workflows in a simple, consultative way.
