We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement Supervisor 2- Supervise procurement specialists and officers. 3- Review and approve RFQs, RFPs, quotations, and supplier evaluations. 4- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers. 5- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and delegation of authority. 6- Monitor supplier performance and establish strategic supplier relationships. 7- Manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives. 8- Support audits and ensure proper procurement documentation. 9- Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for management. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field with proven experience in procurement roles Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and build relationships with suppliers Proficiency in procurement software and in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English; knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices preferred
