What you'll do

  • Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
  • Partner with CFOs, finance operations, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design future-state workflows on Ramp
  • Cover Bill Pay activation when procurement and Bill Pay are bundled in a deal
  • Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product teams based on implementations
  • Partner with AEs and AMs on procurement configuration questions pre-close or during expansion

What they require

  • Procurement depth in procure-to-pay, including PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync
  • Experience managing purchasing at a company or working at a procurement platform such as Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua
  • Customer-facing confidence running structured discovery and managing calls with multiple decision-makers
  • Ability to guide Controllers or AP Managers through configuration decisions
  • Strong follow-through while managing multiple implementations at once
  • Ability to move fast independently and learn new product features without waiting for briefings
  • Sharp product instincts to distinguish user error, training gaps, and product limitations
  • Experience carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and driving customers to go-live on schedule
