We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement Officer to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations for our organization. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including market research, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and accurate record-keeping Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Oversee logistics activities, including product transportation, inventory management, and shipping Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality control standards Assist with financial aspects of procurement, including vendor payments and budget management Handle legal matters related to procurement, including contract management and dispute resolution Provide strategic advice to decision-makers on implementing effective procurement and logistic services Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field with proven experience in procurement roles Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and build relationships with suppliers Proficiency in procurement software and in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English; knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices preferred
