This role is for a coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, travel, and admin coordination, preferably in construction. The role involves coordinating logistics, travel, and administrative support for project personnel, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety and project records. The position requires working remotely from the Philippines during Pacific Time hours.
What you'll do
- Project personnel arrive at site on time with required travel, accommodations, onboarding, training, and mobilization requirements completed.
- Employees experience a smooth, professional, and well-organized onboarding and mobilization process.
- Worker tickets, certifications, competencies, orientations, training records, and client portal information are accurate, current, and readily available.
- Training, certification, travel, and mobilization issues are identified early and resolved before they impact project execution.
- Project teams receive timely and reliable administrative, logistical, and safety support.
- Project, HSE, COR, prequalification, and company process records are organized and audit-ready.
- Positive relationships are maintained with employees, project teams, clients, vendors, training providers, accommodations, camps, airlines, and transportation providers.
What they require
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in onboarding, travel, and admin coordination
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Highly proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
