Must be strong with financial modeling, C-suite workshops, value realization frameworks, and Adobe Digital Experience-style technology investments. What you'll do

  • Develop data-driven value hypotheses, clear economic models, and enterprise-level business cases using customer data and industry benchmarks to quantify the financial impact of Digital Experience investments.
  • Design and facilitate structured discovery sessions and interactive workshops with C-suite executives, including CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs, to surface and frame growth, efficiency, and optimization opportunities.
  • Apply and evolve value management methodologies, including frameworks like Adobe's Value Realization Acceleration, to translate complex technical software capabilities into measurable financial business outcomes.
  • Create executive-ready artifacts, including industry use cases, value stories, and financial templates, that scale impact beyond a single engagement and become reference material for account teams.
  • Influence across Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to align value narratives at renewal and expansion moments.
  • Sync value advisory work with delivery teams operating in agile and scaled-agile frameworks.

What they require

  • 5–10+ years of experience in value advisory, consulting, or financial strategy.
  • Experience building ROI models and business cases in a customer-facing or consulting context.
  • MBA or equivalent quantitative background is ideal.
  • Ability to defend an economic model in front of a skeptical CFO.
  • Financial modeling and ROI analysis expertise.
  • Ability to build data-driven value hypotheses and enterprise-level business cases from customer data and industry benchmarks.
  • Comfort with clients pressure-testing assumptions.
  • Executive advisory and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience leading structured discovery sessions and workshops with C-suite executives.
  • Ability to frame growth, efficiency, and optimization opportunities for CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs.
  • Fluency with value realization frameworks, ideally including or comparable to Adobe's Value Realization Acceleration.
  • Ability to translate technical software capabilities into measurable financial outcomes.
  • Experience authoring reusable, executive-ready deliverables such as industry use cases and value stories.
  • Ability to influence without authority across Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success during renewals and account expansions.
  • Preferred: Prior experience as a squad member or Scrum Master within agile program frameworks.
  • Travel expected.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. through E-Verify/Form I-9 process.
