What you'll do
- Drive program planning, execution, and operational excellence across engineering and cross-functional teams
- Manage priorities, dependencies, and roadmaps for major technical initiatives
- Ensure transparency and clear communication of program status and risks to stakeholders
- Partner with engineering, security, legal, legal, compliance, product management, product management, and customer support to align on program goals and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and TPM programs
