What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to promote and bring Cortex innovation thought leadership to the marketplace, including leading EBC discussions for Cortex Cloud.
  • Build strong professional relationships with industry analysts.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert during analyst evaluation research cycles, to drive accurate representation of corporate strategy and vision in the market.
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver programs that maximize influence and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of strategy, products and services globally (i.e. analyst briefings, inquiries, strategy days, analyst days, demos, and more).
  • Work closely with Product Managers and provide direct product feedback for future development; identifying trends across multiple dimensions and personas to provide strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence for a comprehensive understanding of market forces to combine with analyst understanding in order to influence our product strategy and business decisions.

What they require

  • At least 8 years experience with Technical teams such as - Systems Engineers, Solution Architects, Development Teams, or TME’s
  • Familiarity with the cloud security landscape - CNAPP, Supply Chain, Posture, Identity, Runtime.
  • Ability to present to CISO or higher level executives and lead thought discussions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel Requirement: ~10% travel required. Some international travel required.
  • Position Location: Remote within the United States
  • Ability to inspire teams, colleagues, and executives; paired with an ability to execute.
  • Experience building and delivering demos.
  • Experience in working with Product Management.
  • Experience managing cross functional programs, in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Skilled at analysis and synthesis of research. Can break down and apply various inter-related topics and find and recommend solutions.
  • Skilled at identifying and projecting areas of improvement, and communicating those areas to Product Management.
  • A team player that creatively and effectively solves complex issues and establishes best practices proactively.
  • Understanding and affinity for technology and a motivation to master product and market details.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and organizational skills.
