What you'll do

  • Re-architect and fix broken API paths, custom service integrations, and data calls causing timeouts, latency, or outages.
  • Shift custom system extensions from brittle codebase overrides to modern, serverless, out-of-process architectures.
  • Construct automated handoff hooks and workflow pipelines that bridge work management systems with downstream marketing engines.
  • Design, build, and test robust webhook configurations and event-driven data transfer layers.
  • Collaborate with web and data architects to secure end-to-end commerce, customer, and transactional data pathways.

What they require

  • 6+ years of backend software engineering or systems integration experience inside an agency, consulting, or enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system connection bottlenecks and latency issues across multi-platform networks.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work directly with client development teams and explain technical fixes clearly.
