Description:
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of customer-facing analytics, ML, and AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide technical strategy and deliver scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure alignment with the strategic vision of the company.
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in software/data engineering, focusing on high-performance analytics applications.
- Extensive experience with SaaS solutions in cloud environments (AWS or similar).
- 5+ years in the healthcare industry, particularly in healthcare analytics products.
- Proficient in Java, C#, Python, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
