We're building a stronger, more connected Value Services Operations organization at Coupa, and we're looking for a Principal Services Operation Lead, known internally as a Principal Delivery Strategy and Operationsto help us get there. In this role, you'll work with us to understand complex problems, shape business processes that are largely undefined today, and develop clearer decision-making methods.
What you'll do
- Understand complex problems and shape business processes that are largely undefined.
- Develop clearer decision-making methods for the Value Services Operations organization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build a stronger, more connected Value Services Operations organization.
- Drive delivery strategy and operations (Principal Delivery Strategy and Operations role).
What they require
- Principal-level experience in delivery strategy and operations (role titled Principal Delivery Strategy and Operations).
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex problems and define/shape business processes.
- Experience developing decision-making methods for operations teams.
