What you'll do

  • Design and develop clear, value-driven security service offerings that meet customer needs and market demand.
  • Identify high-value use cases for security across industries and create frameworks for their successful implementation.
  • Build, automate, and streamline processes for developing and deploying security solutions.
  • Drive scalable, ethical, and impactful security solutions to ensure measurable business outcomes and long-term success while supporting the sale and delivery of our most complex engagements.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all security-related endeavors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality sales and delivery of all Security engagements.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback from the field, and drive co-innovation efforts to increase customer value and satisfaction.
  • Understand the product roadmap to ensure service readiness by anticipating and enabling the necessary development and execution ahead of product releases.
  • Ensure excellence by training service team members on the capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations of Elastic Security to boost confidence and understanding.
  • Participate in the ARB (Architecture Review Board) leadership team to establish and maintain technical guidelines, best practices, and protocols.
  • Contribute to discussions and decision-making within the ARB leadership to shape technical direction.
  • Serve on promotion panels to evaluate candidates for senior-level advancement, ensuring objective and standardized criteria are applied.

What they require

  • 10+ years of professional services, consulting, or related field.
  • Deep expertise in security technologies, frameworks, and applications, with hands-on experience implementing security software and solutions.
  • Proven ability to define and execute a global strategy for security adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
  • Knowledge of security tools, scripting, and related technologies, combined with experience in creating reusable assets and scalable solutions.
  • Successfully managed complex projects, including defining timelines, allocating resources, and delivering on-time, high-quality results.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Deep technical expertise in system architecture, including Elasticsearch and Elastic Solutions
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time, as required.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI system architecture, including building autonomous agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation guardrails for security-focused applications.
  • Preferred: Experience designing or implementing AI-powered solutions, including familiarity with agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Preferred: Experience in building automation tools or frameworks for security solution delivery.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with developing enablement programs, including training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Preferred: A track record of public references or case studies showcasing successful security implementations.
  • Preferred: Certifications in cybersecurity & security technologies, such as CISSP, CISM, Splunk, Crowdstrike, and QRadar solutions.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ethical security practices and frameworks for responsible implementation.
