What you'll do

  • Frame problems and deep dive the most promising opportunities (Discover & Investigate).
  • Streamline the playbook for pitching ideas with clear feedback loops, evaluation criteria, and defined gates (Inspire & Organize).
  • Run periodic "innovation tournament" style events.
  • Validate ideas and assumptions early and often using no-code and low-code techniques (Experiment & Learn).
  • Write clear narratives, align stakeholders, and create organizational momentum (Align & Influence).
  • Translate validated opportunities into actionable roadmaps that lead to measurable business outcomes (Deliver Impact).
  • Use data and feedback to evaluate success, iterate quickly, and refine product strategies for scalability (Measure & Iterate).

What they require

  • Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one or incubation work with shipped outcomes.
  • Proven success in defining and launching high-impact and innovative products.
  • Experience with design thinking, lean startup, lean experimentation, and rapid prototyping.
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing customer-facing digital products.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional drive and proven ability to deliver results and overcome obstacles.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.
  • Mentor team members to promote skill growth and increase team capability.
