We're looking for: We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join a small, fast-moving innovation team that incubates new products and solutions from concept to launch. You will be involved in identifying opportunities, framing complex problems, and transforming early-stage ideas into validated solutions. Deliver Impact: Translate validated opportunities into actionable roadmaps that lead to real, measurable business outcomes. Measure & Iterate: Use data and feedback to evaluate success, iterate quickly, and refine product strategies for scalability. Who You Will Work With: Reporting to the VP, Product - Platform and Innovation, this role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and executive stakeholders. Frequent cross-functional interaction to ensure innovation initiatives align with company strategy and long-term goals. Must Have’s: Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one or incubation work with shipped outcomes. Proven success in defining and launching high-impact and innovative products. Exceptional drive and a proven ability to deliver results, consistently overcoming obstacles with a proactive and unfazed approach. True passion for crafting something from nothing. Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies such as lean experimentation and rapid prototyping. Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends. Highly analytical with strong conceptual thinking and creative, business-focused problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate alternatives quantitatively and qualitatively and make compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis. Communicate crisply in writing and in person - you simplify complexity and drive decisions. Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership. Mentor team members to promote skill growth and increase team capability. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Experience working in agile environments and managing customer-facing digital products. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment.
