What you'll do

  • Own senior technical relationships with high-value federal and public sector partners
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to partner CTO, CISO, and VP-level stakeholders
  • Lead joint technical strategy sessions and executive business reviews
  • Align Datadog and partner technical roadmaps
  • Architect and lead complex partner initiatives including federal cloud migrations, zero-trust observability frameworks, FedRAMP-aligned deployments, and DevSecOps transformations
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs including workshops, certifications, and technical deep-dives
  • Support partner technical initiatives such as demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, advice, and coaching
  • Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog internal teams
  • Represent federal partner needs to Product, Engineering, and Technical Services teams
  • Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success

What they require

  • 15+ years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role
  • Demonstrated record operating at both executive and deep-technical levels simultaneously
  • Proven track record building and sustaining C-suite relationships in federal or public sector environments
  • Deep familiarity with the federal technology landscape, including procurement cycles, compliance frameworks, and public sector partner ecosystems
  • Tech-savvy professional with strong business acumen
  • Ability to articulate Datadog value from technical to executive audiences
  • Desired hands-on experience in five or more listed areas: observability, public cloud, containerization, scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD/DevSecOps
