What you'll do

  • Define long-range HRIS strategy and roadmap for Workday and related people systems
  • Coordinate cross-functional people technology programs across People, Finance, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other partners
  • Architect scalable integrations across the people technology ecosystem
  • Drive complex Workday configuration across HCM, compensation, benefits, talent, performance, security, and related areas
  • Own SOX ITGC controls approach for People systems
  • Facilitate design discussions with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and data-informed frameworks
  • Promote practical uses of automation and AI within people technology workflows

What they require

  • Deep expertise in Workday across core people modules such as HCM, compensation, benefits, time tracking, talent, performance, and security
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end people technology programs across multiple business functions and distributed stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Workday integration design, including Enterprise Interface Builder and cross-system integration patterns
  • Experience operating in a public company environment with working knowledge of SOX ITGC and compliant system practices
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives and communicate system recommendations, tradeoffs, and impact clearly
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and creating structure for teams to execute effectively
  • Interest in applying AI and automation to improve workflows and problem-solving
  • Experience using structured problem-solving in consulting, in-house systems work, or both
