ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Principal Founding Product Engineer to lead strategic 0→1 product initiatives and help define how the company turns technical capabilities into scalable products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define technical and product direction for new initiatives.
• Lead complex products from concept to scale.
• Work directly with customers, founders, and product leadership.
• Architect systems that can evolve from prototypes into production platforms.
• Identify product opportunities through customer and market insight.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns.
• Mentor senior product engineers.
• Influence company-level product and technology strategy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Exceptional product engineering and architecture skills.
• Multiple examples of successful 0→1 product development.
• Strong product intuition and customer orientation.
• Excellent technical communication.
• Ability to influence product strategy through technical expertise.

NICE TO HAVE

• AI/ML product experience.
• Experience in scale-ups.
• Experience working directly with founders.
• Experience taking products from prototype to large-scale adoption.
