About The Role We are seeking a Principal to join our Evidence & Strategy practice who has successfully worked in life sciences consultancy supporting life sciences initiatives in qualitative and quantitative research, health economics & outcomes research, and evidence strategy and claims analyses using Medicare data and other data sources. The candidate should have extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research using a variety of methodologies and programming skills, providing strategic and tactical HEOR/Value & Evidence advisory and/or industry services to a variety of stakeholders, leveraging subject matter expertise to generate novel solutions for our clients, generate new business, and lead projects in a leadership capacity to support evidence generation for life sciences clients. The Principal role within our practice will support client engagements that inform business and evidence strategy related to the strategic direction and execution of projects in partnership with the cross-functional teams to generate data to answer decision-makers complex questions on the value, impact and program evaluation of clients’ products and disease areas of focus. As a Principal, the expectation is to spend approximately 65% of time on project delivery and 35% of time on business development, cultivating new and follow-on work with clients and prospective clients. The ideal candidate would have deep knowledge of developing and interpreting evidence and communicating value for life sciences products. This work would be designing, measuring and evaluating interventions, initiatives and implementation from all perspectives, inclusive of utilizing programming skills in SAS, R, and other programming languages to access CMS, commercial, social determinant of health, and other claims, secondary and primary data sources. Furthermore, they would have a proven-track record of conducting and leading healthcare research studies. What you'll do
- Support client engagements that inform business and evidence strategy related to the strategic direction and execution of projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.

What they require
- Successfully worked in life sciences consultancy supporting life sciences initiatives in qualitative and quantitative research, health economics & outcomes research, and evidence strategy and claims analyses using Medicare data and other data sources.
