What you'll do

  • Generate qualified, industry-sourced pipeline within the EMEA Physical AI ecosystem.
  • Open strategic, executive-level accounts across autonomous vehicles, humanoid and industrial robotics, foundation-model and world-model builders, industrial computer vision, and OEM/Tier-1 Physical AI investors.
  • Personally own engagement for the EMEA Top 25 target list.
  • Ensure each target account has a clear engagement plan and is actively progressing.
  • Frame use cases and shape solution direction in the early stages of deals.
  • Partner with EMEA Account Executives, regional GMs, and the Field CTO on top-tier accounts to accelerate closure.
  • Act as executive sponsor and regional domain authority on strategic deals.
  • Identify and secure innovative EMEA companies across AI-native Physical AI segments.
  • Convert lighthouse accounts into flagship customer wins that validate the platform and create regional references.
  • Define EMEA-specific subsegment theses.
  • Extract cross-account insights to establish repeatable deal patterns.
  • Identify which European customer profiles convert fastest.
  • Identify which use cases generate the highest consumption.
  • Identify common objections around sovereignty, AI Act compliance, data residency, and EU-based support.
  • Identify which regional GTM motions work.
  • Operationalize regional learnings into scalable sales plays for the EMEA field.
  • Codify market learnings into an EMEA Physical AI Playbook.
  • Develop battle cards, positioning guides, objection-handling frameworks, and competitive intelligence materials for EMEA buyers.
  • Deliver documented sales motions for the broader EMEA field team across the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics, Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Israel.
  • Run internal enablement sessions and training for EMEA Sales, Solutions Architects, and Marketing.
  • Train regional teams on Physical AI positioning, target personas, regulatory framing, and use-case framing.
  • Publish case studies and reference stories from EMEA lighthouse wins.
  • Own the long-term revenue trajectory of the Physical AI domain in EMEA.
  • Ensure early lighthouse technical wins translate into high-volume compute consumption as customers scale training, simulation, and inference workloads on Nebius infrastructure.
  • Ensure EMEA contributes its share of the Physical AI revenue target.
  • Maintain real-time understanding of the EMEA Physical AI competitive landscape.
  • Track where other cloud providers are winning or losing within target segments.
  • Feed competitive intelligence into sales assets and deal strategy.
  • Position Nebius's European-headquartered, sovereignty-friendly posture as an advantage.
  • Evangelize Nebius capabilities at EMEA-relevant industry events and customer executive briefings.
  • Position Nebius as infrastructure of choice for Physical AI workloads built and deployed in Europe and the broader EMEA region.

What they require

  • 7+ years of experience in sales overlay, GTM strategy, or domain-specialist selling within Cloud, AI Infrastructure, or High-Performance Computing.
  • Meaningful portion of experience focused on EMEA customers.
  • Deep familiarity with selling across the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics, Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Israel.
  • Understanding that EMEA is not one market and a point of view on which subregions to lead with for Physical AI.
  • Demonstrated track record of personally sourcing and generating qualified pipeline across EMEA through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, and strategic account engagement at the executive level.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives across multiple EMEA countries to accelerate complex enterprise and startup deals.
  • Ability to frame a use case, position value, and act as an executive sponsor to drive closure.
  • Experience building GTM motions from scratch, including segmenting a market, defining the pitch, creating sales plays, and training a broader regional team to execute.
  • Preferred: Experience building GTM motions specifically for EMEA.
  • Deep domain fluency in Physical AI builders and workloads.
  • Understanding of the difference between model training, simulation, synthetic data generation, and inference workloads.
  • Knowledge of key startups and incumbents across the modern Physical AI stack, especially the European cohort.
  • Working knowledge of the EU AI Act, GDPR, data-residency expectations, and the sovereign-cloud conversation in Europe.
  • Ability to speak credibly with customers for whom regulation and sovereignty are first-order procurement considerations.
  • Enjoys teaching and scaling knowledge.
  • Ability to distill complex technical wins into simple, repeatable sales motions for a broader EMEA team.
  • Proven track record of working across Sales, Solutions Architects, Marketing, and Product Marketing across multiple EMEA countries and time zones.
  • Ability to align distinct teams behind a unified GTM execution plan.
  • Experience working with or selling to high-growth, venture-backed European startups.
  • Understanding of the urgency, technical depth, and rapid decision-making of high-growth European AI-native startups.
  • Understanding of how European founders and CTOs evaluate infrastructure differently from US counterparts.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage VC-backed founders, CTOs, and senior technical decision-makers across EMEA.
  • Preferred: Additional European languages such as German or French.
  • Experience operating in fast-moving environments where the sales motion is not yet fully defined.
  • Ability to iterate and recognize patterns in ambiguity.
