What you'll do

  • Leading the mobilisation, planning and delivery of large-scale, complex transformation programmes, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Programme Directors, SROs and executive leadership teams, providing strategic guidance and challenge where appropriate.
  • Conducting discovery, assessment and diagnostic activities, and translating findings into clear recommendations, roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Taking accountability for programme outcomes, including scope, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation.
  • Establishing and leading effective governance arrangements, reporting forums and Programme Boards, ensuring robust decision-making and programme oversight.
  • Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, suppliers and partner organisations within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring consulting teams, driving high-quality delivery and supporting the development of team capability.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within client accounts and contributing to business development activities, including follow-on engagements and strategic account development.
  • Developing and enhancing consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks and thought leadership in collaboration with Civiteq's leadership team.

  • Preferred: PMO, assurance or programme controls experience
  • Preferred: Experience contributing to bids, Statements of Work and resourcing plans
  • Preferred: Experience identifying growth opportunities within client accounts

  • This role is fully remote, but there will be a requirement to travel to client sites.
