What you'll do

  • Develop pricing strategy for a subset of products, including packaging, price architecture, discount logic, and monetization guardrails
  • Develop innovative commercial constructs to better serve customers
  • Partner with Product, GTM, and Finance leaders to align pricing with product value, roadmap, commercial motions, and growth plans
  • Develop recommendations grounded in customer preferences, product value, and market dynamics
  • Establish pricing governance, including decision frameworks, approval processes, and performance tracking

What they require

  • 6+ years of prior experience in a strategy role such as consulting or business operations
  • 3+ years of expertise in pricing and monetization
  • Strong track record of developing successful monetization strategy across self-serve and sold sales motions
  • Deep familiarity with monetization models including seat-based subscriptions and consumptive pricing models
  • Ability to balance customer value, product strategy, and commercial outcomes
  • Comfort influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders and navigating ambiguous decisions
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
  • Ability to build and manage a team of highly talented individuals
