What you'll do

  • Lead listing-based pricing rollout across markets: diagnose, propose fixes, align local and global teams, and run rollouts with weekly cadence.
  • Own the ARPU target for the segment and move it via pricing moves (discount discipline, package mix shifts, price resets by market).
  • Identify pricing opportunities across the marketplace and build the business case.
  • Propose pricing recommendations to GTM leadership, defend trade-offs with data and convert decisions into rollout plans.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing calls without formal authority.
  • Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in data and design/run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling.
  • Adjust and follow up on budget assumptions based on market learnings.
  • Maintain country price lists in internal systems.

What they require

  • 5+ years in pricing, ideally SaaS or marketplace
  • Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions
  • Thorough with data; back conclusions with numbers
  • Comfort with ambiguity: know when to stop analyzing and start testing
  • Ability to explain complex numbers simply
  • SQL good enough to pull your own data
  • Strong Google Sheets skills
  • Professional English, comfortable in meetings and writing (B2 or above)
  • Degree in economics, math, business, or similar
  • Must already have the legal right to work in Brazil (company cannot sponsor visas for this position)
