What you'll do

  • Lead a designated block within the 16-week program (each block typically comprises two to four modules).
  • Prepare content and upload materials to Google Classroom in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate virtual sessions using experiential, application-focused pedagogy (80% practice, 20% lecture).
  • Provide mentorship and coaching: set aside 4 hours per module for 1:1 Fellow meetings (30 minutes each).
  • Provide feedback on Fellow deliverables.
  • Attend program meetings, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Keep records of mentorship sessions via provided form.

What they require

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in entrepreneurship, startup development, venture support, social impact, business growth, or a related field.
  • Experience building, scaling, investing in, or supporting ventures (founder, operator, investor, advisor, mentor, or ecosystem builder).
  • Passion for teaching, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating experiential learning.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and academic backgrounds and commitment to inclusive learning environments.
  • Ability to design clear learning outcomes and aligned in-session activities.
  • Comfort with systems-minded work, project management, and attention to detail.
  • High integrity and willingness to escalate issues and make judgment calls.

Benefits

  • Competitive contractor compensation: $1,300-$3,000 per block, depending on Fellowship, module count, and scope of engagement.
