What you'll do

  • Deliver compelling, market-driven sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of Great Minds' curricula.
  • Collaborate with field sales team members (RSMs, ASDs, ARs) to customize presentations based on regional and account-specific strategies.
  • Partner with ASMs in pre-sales customer conversations exploring solutions opportunities and pilot options.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and support pre-sales efforts, including strategy development, training, and preparation activities.
  • Facilitate pilot training sessions for educators and provide ongoing support to ensure successful pilot implementation aligned with account strategies.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Great Minds' products and effectively connect them to educational trends, district priorities, and instructional best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal sales teams while also taking initiative and working independently.
  • Stay current on educational trends, priorities, and pedagogy to inform strategic sales initiatives and client interactions.
  • Deliver live pre-sales webinars that are customized to district needs.
  • Handle customer questions and overcome objections.
  • Utilize knowledge of competitors' products to better position Great Minds products.

What they require

  • At least 3 years of experience teaching, coaching, or pre-sales support.
  • Experience working in educational sales or curriculum implementation.
  • Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
  • Engaging presentation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of educational curricula and instructional strategies.
  • Ability to build rapport with educators and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational habits necessary for successful goal setting, project management, collective decision making, deadline execution, and record keeping.
  • Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions through flexible thinking in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to fly and drive are required for this position.
  • Must reside near a major airport.
  • Travel: may travel up to 80% of the time during peak sales times (Aug-Nov; Jan–May).
