What you'll do

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market development activities.
  • Establish and cultivate a broad network of healthcare-focused centers of influence, including consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, equipment vendors, and industry associations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective healthcare practice finance opportunities.
  • Represent the bank within the healthcare community through industry events, professional organizations, conferences, and referral partner engagement.
  • Originate financing opportunities related to practice acquisitions, partner buy-ins and buy-outs, commercial real estate, equipment purchases, and practice expansion initiatives.
  • Evaluate financing opportunities and recommend structures that align with client objectives, credit guidelines, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the practice finance marketplace.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in practice financing with proven success
  • Preferred: Thorough knowledge of healthcare practice financing products, services, and current market trends
  • Preferred: Established healthcare industry network and demonstrated success developing centers of influence and referral partnerships
  • Preferred: Proven track record of generating new business through prospecting, networking, and market development efforts
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of credit products, financial analysis, loan structuring, and related documentation
  • Preferred: Thorough knowledge of secured lending requirements
  • Preferred: Exceptional business development, sales, and influencing skills
  • Preferred: Ability to identify opportunities and convert referrals into funded business
  • Preferred: Broad knowledge of bank products and services that support healthcare professionals and practice owners
  • Preferred: Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Preferred: Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to support business development objectives
  • Candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.
