Role: PowerPoint Designer Location: Remote (South Africa) Until further notice Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business About the role This is an opportunity to join multi-client studio as a PowerPoint Designer, creating clear, compelling, on-brand presentations across a diverse range of clients and industries. Great presentations don't just look good — they make complex ideas land. You'll support the design team in producing high quality presentation materials across formats and audiences: from fast-turnaround business decks to considered executive and pitch presentations. Working closely with the Design Lead and wider creative team, you'll bring structure, visual craft, and attention to detail to every brief. As a PowerPoint Designer, you'll be part of a fast-paced, multi-client studio where no two briefs are the same. You'll work across a range of presentation types — internal business updates, client credentials, executive-level materials, campaign presentations, and high-stakes pitches — developing your skills under the guidance of the Design Lead. This is a hands-on role that rewards curiosity, precision, and a genuine passion for making information look clear and compelling. What You'll Do: Design and produce presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, working to client brand guidelines across multiple accounts Support delivery of pitch decks, credentials presentations, business communications, executive materials, and campaign decks Work from briefs set by the Design Lead, translating content and messaging into well-structured, visually engaging slides Maintain and update existing presentation templates, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy throughout Create supporting visual assets in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop as required Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to understand content requirements and deliver to brief Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines across both fast-turnaround and longer-lead workstreams Proofread and quality-check your own work before submission, maintaining a high standard across all output Stay curious about emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in presentation design What You Bring 5+ Experience in similar roles A portfolio demonstrating strong presentation design work — professional, academic, or personal projects all welcome Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; working familiarity with Keynote and Google Slides Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) A strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy Ability to work within brand guidelines and translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping detail A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine willingness to learn and develop Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality across every deliverable Professional proficiency in Spanish; working proficiency in English is an advantage Gen AI and Agentic Thinking Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to design — such as AI-assisted layout, image generation, or design platform integrations Curiosity about how AI can enhance presentation design workflows and output quality Willingness to develop prompting skills and explore AI-assisted design approaches Agentic mindset: ability to break down tasks, structure your workload, and find efficient solutions independently Req ID - 18298 #BTG+ #LI-SJ1 #MID Our values shape everything we do: Be Ambitious to succeed Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work Be always learning and listening to understand Be Results-focused to exceed expectations Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations Brandtech+, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
