Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support for cybersecurity software and enterprise security solutions. Assist Portuguese-speaking clients in resolving technical threats, account security, and data protection inquiries. Act as a primary point of contact for users navigating complex security software platforms. Monitor and escalate security incidents while ensuring compliance with international privacy protocols. Document all interactions within the cybersecurity CRM, maintaining strict data integrity. Stay updated on the latest cyber threat landscapes to provide proactive customer guidance. Collaborate with international teams to improve internal knowledge bases regarding cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work in one of the premier jobs in Greece. A professional command of English, as it is the primary language of our technical cybersecurity training. A strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and technology-driven problem solving. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical users. Previous experience in technical support or customer relations is considered a significant asset.
