An Online Tutor who would be responsible for: Delivering fun and engaging lessons based on the provided scripts and materials Improving their teaching skills with the help of experienced Kodland mentors Communicating any feedback regarding lessons and class content to the office team Providing regular and detailed reports on student progress, and tracking and improving class engagement and the learning experience Being a positive, influential, and open ambassador for Kodland Implementing creative ideas to stimulate and support our students What makes you the best fit? Knowledge of basic 3D principles (polygon modelling, topology, perspective, rendering, materials, collections) Ability to work in software used for creating and editing three-dimensional graphics (Blender, 3Ds MAX, Autodesk Maya, etc.). The course is taught using Blender. A background in design for creating harmonious, meaningful, and expressive object-spatial environments will be considered an additional advantage Willingness to communicate and have fun during lessons with children aged 11+ No teaching experience is required, but to be invited for an interview you must complete a digital skills test (which will be sent to you after submitting your application). You will need to demonstrate an understanding of digital design such as animation, illustration, 3D objects, working in Blender and Figma, etc. You are the right person if: You are able to work independently You have no criminal record and are not subject to a prohibition on working with children You have strong interpersonal skills You are patient, good-natured, reliable, approachable, and polite You are punctual and good at time management You enjoy interacting with children and team members Other skills: Following set goals and guidelines Willingness to help children eagerly Desire to improve your pedagogical skills based on feedback Clear pronunciation and articulation when speaking, easy for children to understand and follow Important: This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work.
