Binance is hiring Full Stack Engineers (back-end oriented) for its Pioneer Talent Program to serve as seeds across product teams. The role focuses on establishing a highly autonomous, AI-augmented, end-to-end development model.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
- Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of daily workflow
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction
- Act as a full stack seed within the team — champion practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development
- Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks and propose improvements to processes
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and iteration
🔑 Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major preferred
- 1–5 years of professional experience
- Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
- Proficiency in Node.js and React
- Experience owning end-to-end projects in production
- Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts
- Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools and ability to review/validate AI-generated code
- Self-driven, strong logical thinking, communication skills, and product mindset
- Backend background preferred: high-concurrency programming, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), distributed systems fundamentals
