The Crown Is Yours As a Pick6 Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role on our Lobby Live Operations Team and leverage sports statistics and research to manage player pools and pricing. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize merchandising strategies, ensuring that contests are accurately posted and executed. In this role, you will monitor contest entries, repost as necessary to drive participation and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Do Manage and execute pricing of player salaries. Leverage data and merchandising strategies to inform contest selections available to players. Ensure contest mixes are properly executed and monitor contest entries. Repost contests as needed to drive participation and achieve targets. Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency with Excel and basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake are a plus. In depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantasy sports, with a proven track record of identifying and managing complex situations. Strong organization skills and attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight time constraints.
