What you'll do

  • Drive territory growth and achieve sales objectives through strategic account planning and account management.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders throughout the territory.
  • Educate customers on Alcon's ocular health pharmaceutical portfolio and support product adoption through clinical discussion and customer engagement.
  • Execute territory business plans focused on growing, optimizing, and protecting key accounts.
  • Conduct regular in-person customer visits and deliver educational presentations, speaker programs, and customer events.
  • Identify growth opportunities through analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access teams, Marketing, and Regional Sales Leadership.
  • Utilize data and insights to create account strategies that drive business results and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage a geographically dispersed territory with significant travel and customer-facing activity.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 2 Years of Proven Experience
  • Candidates must reside within the assigned territory (Atlanta, GA covering Columbus, GA, Midtown Atlanta-area accounts, and east through Augusta, GA).
