We are currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Massachusetts to join our growing remote team. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience License: Required: Active Massachusetts Bar license Preferred: Dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas Trial Background: Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results Skills: Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail Work Style: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally Benefits Competitive Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 (slightly negotiable based on experience) Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere in Massachusetts Strong Support System: Dedicated paralegal and administrative support Growth Opportunities: Clear path for professional development and advancement Positive Culture: Collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team environment Work-Life Balance: Flexible structure designed for experienced professionals Comprehensive Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance and PTO
