We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support C-level executives in both professional and personal matters. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and flexibility, as responsibilities will span administrative support, household coordination, and occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones Handle email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of executives Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Personal & Household Support:
Coordinate personal errands and day-to-day tasks Assist with household management and vendor coordination when required Support personal logistics and planning for the executives
Travel Support:
Travel internationally, primarily to the United States, as needed Provide on-site support during travel, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules and arrangements Assist with general household oversight during travel periods when required

Requirements
Valid U.S. visa (required) with the ability to travel internationally on short notice Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and professionalism Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working flexible hours when needed Experience supporting high-level executives is strongly preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable in family-oriented environments and able to adapt to household settings Positive disposition toward children and pets Experience with childcare support or household assistance is a plus Previous experience coordinating international travel
