We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Role Overview: We seek a hands-on Performance Marketer role focused on generating high-quality leads for a busy local trade business. You'll own paid advertising campaigns end-to-end, working closely with the business owner and AI tools to turn ad spend into booked jobs. There's also room to support broader marketing, admin, and reporting tasks as the role develops. Key Responsibilities: Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads Monitor campaign performance and optimise for cost per lead and conversion rate Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local SEO presence Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing clear monthly performance summaries Coordinate landing pages and website updates to support campaigns Support social media content planning and posting Add campaign creation with proficiency with AI tools (Claude GPT and other custom tools the business uses (Campaign Brain)) Assist with general marketing administration and ad-hoc projects as they come up Requirements Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally for a Australian local service or trade business (Electrical preferred) Strong understanding of performance tracking, conversion metrics, and campaign optimisation Comfortable managing Google Business Profile and local SEO best practices Clear, confident English communication skills for reporting and collaboration A proactive, autonomous working style with strong attention to detail Nice to have: Experience with general administrative or virtual assistant tasks (email and calendar management, document preparation) Exposure to bookkeeping or basic financial admin (invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations) Familiarity with design or content tools (Canva, basic video editing) to support social content Experience working with Australian trade or home services businesses Why join our client: Work directly with the business owner with real autonomy over your campaigns Join a well-established, highly rated local business with a strong growth trajectory Long-term, ongoing engagement for the right person Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
