What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the analytics strategy for the People Relations & Enablement function
  • Define, measure, and monitor key metrics that support enterprise decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Design and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide actionable insights
  • Analyze people-related data to identify trends, emerging issues, organizational hotspots, and systemic risks
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Provide insight-driven guidance that helps leaders understand root causes and make informed decisions
  • Partner with Technology, Workforce Analytics, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and confidentiality
  • Establish data definitions, reporting standards, and governance processes that promote consistency and transparency
  • Support automation initiatives and real-time reporting capabilities that enhance operational effectiveness
  • Measure the impact of investigations, training initiatives, policy implementation, and resolution strategies
  • Identify opportunities for early intervention and prevention by leveraging analytics to reduce recurring issues
  • Create feedback loops that inform policy development, training strategies, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Advance a proactive, data-informed People Relations & Enablement operating model focused on organizational health and trust

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in People Relations, Workforce Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Partnering, or related advisory functions
  • Experience developing and interpreting workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and identify meaningful patterns, risks, and opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance enterprise priorities and operational needs
  • Strong judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential employee-related information
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
