What you'll do

  • Own onboarding operations from accepted offer through first day, including equipment and access provisioning
  • Create and manage onboarding workflows in Monday.com
  • Provision accounts across Google Workspace, Slack, EMRs, HRIS, and other business systems
  • Coordinate laptop, phone, and equipment ordering with technology partner
  • Own the offboarding process (account deactivation, DocuSign separation documents, shipping labels, equipment recovery)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the managed IT partner
  • Coordinate all technology requests, new equipment orders, troubleshooting, replacements, and inventory
  • Manage payer credentialing, re-credentialing, and provider enrollments
  • Maintain CAQH, PECOS, I&A, and payer portals
  • Coordinate hospital privileges and delegated credentialing files
  • Support physician licensing, DEA registrations, and malpractice insurance administration
  • Maintain provider records, renewals, and compliance documentation
  • Build scalable workflows, SOPs, templates, and documentation
  • Track KPIs across onboarding, credentialing, and operational readiness
  • Partner across People, Finance, Clinical Care, Clinical Operations, and Revenue Operations

What they require

  • 4+ years of experience in credentialing, people operations, onboarding, HR operations, or a similarly complex operational role
  • Experience managing physician credentialing, payer enrollment, licensing, or provider compliance
  • Experience coordinating multi-system onboarding and offboarding for employees
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience managing multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Comfort working across numerous systems and learning new technology quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A builder mindset with the ability to create processes where none exist
