What you'll do

  • Deliver HR analytics, metrics, insights, and predictive workforce analyses that enable data-driven decision-making and inform business and talent strategies across the organization.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and COE leaders to translate business needs and questions into analytics use cases, generating outcome-oriented insights that enable business action and decision-support.
  • Enable HR Leaders and HRBPs to understand and track key workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, DEI, talent pipeline) by providing ad hoc data support, dashboard and metric design guidance, and tools that strengthen business processes and decisions.
  • Support the identification of evidence-based solutions and the execution of analytics use cases across the People Insights portfolio, driving outcomes that create measurable business value.
  • Craft compelling data stories to effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders at all levels, ensuring actionable clarity and understanding.
  • Ensure that established people data governance standards are understood and consistently applied across reporting tools and analytics workflows, maintaining data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the People Insights function by identifying, evaluating, and building new tools, methodologies, and best practices that advance the team's analytical capabilities.
  • Provide end-to-end project management for analytic initiatives, identifying requirements through delivery to ensure successful implementation

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related social science, business, or quantitative analysis discipline (e.g., Economics, Business, IO Psychology, Statistics, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders, contributors, and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and narratives for senior business leaders and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience applying analytical and statistical methods to workforce or talent challenges, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and connect insights to business outcomes
  • Experience using SQL or similar data querying and transformation languages to extract, transform, analyze, and validate workforce data
  • Experience with HR information systems (e.g., One Model, Workday), advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, and data analysis), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
