What you'll do

  • Match therapists with clients based on availability, location, service needs and suitability.
  • Coordinate therapist placements, schedules and staffing assignments.
  • Monitor open cases and proactively address outstanding staffing requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists, families and internal teams.
  • Manage staffing-related communication and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Support therapist engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and hiring coordination when required.
  • Support the onboarding of new clinicians.
  • Work closely with operational and case coordination teams to support effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation and system information.
  • Track staffing activity, placements, open cases and relevant metrics.
  • Identify and resolve staffing or scheduling challenges proactively.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in staffing coordination, workforce coordination, scheduling, healthcare administration, operations, Talent Acquisition or recruitment preferred.
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Healthcare, ABA or behavioural health experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM/ATS or similar systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup.
  • Ability to work hours aligned with US business operations.
