Payroll Generalist with ≥12 months payroll experience (payroll bureau/provider preferred). Remote within ±2 hours CET; must be fluent in English. Responsible for end-to-end payroll across multiple entities, vendor management and payroll data/issue resolution.

What you'll do
- Manage payroll end to end for up to 5 entities, working closely with outsourced payroll vendors.
- Review payroll data and outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Investigate payroll issues, identify root causes, and find and implement solutions.
- Manage payroll inputs, deadlines, approvals, and key payroll processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes as the business continues to grow and change.
What they require
- Minimum 12 months of payroll experience, ideally gained within a payroll bureau, payroll provider, or outsourced payroll environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll data.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver who can work independently and take ownership of finding solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-results environment and able to adapt to constant change.
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
