What you'll do

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and support the timely preparation of pay slips, government remittances, and payroll reports.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure all necessary changes (new hires, terminations, raises) are accurately reflected in payroll.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines to maintain compliance.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledgeable with government contributions and taxes
  • 3 years experience in payroll or accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a numbers-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities.
