Your Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Maintain payroll records and support the timely preparation of pay slips, government remittances, and payroll reports. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Coordinate with HR to ensure all necessary changes (new hires, terminations, raises) are accurately reflected in payroll. Stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines to maintain compliance. Knowledgeable with government contributions and taxes 3 years experience in payroll or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and a numbers-driven mindset. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
