What you'll do
- Own strategic partnerships end-to-end with providers strengthening Bitso’s global payments stack
- Develop long-term partner roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, fee structures, rebates, incentives, volume tiers, and SLAs
- Run RFPs and vendor selection processes
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Improve unit economics, settlement times, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Build and monitor performance dashboards
- Represent Bitso in partner conversations, industry events, and strategic forums
What they require
- Experience across the US, EU, and LATAM payments and financial ecosystem
- Strong end-to-end ownership from inception to delivery
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills
- Excellent negotiation skills around pricing, SLAs, incentives, and commercial terms
- Proven ability to present to and influence leadership and key stakeholders
- Strong prioritization in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
