As part of the Payer Customer Success team, the Payer Program Manager will partner closely with the Customer Experience, Implementation, Product, and Technical Customer Care teams to lead the design and delivery of EVV training and adoption programs that will help to accelerate provider onboarding, increase product adoption and usage throughout the customer lifecycle, and minimize customer churn in new and existing payer markets. What you'll do
