What you'll do

  • Interpret and source parts requested by technicians and internal departments
  • Order parts accurately and efficiently to meet operational requirements
  • Respond to phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Service Department with the timely supply of required parts
  • Liaise effectively with the Service, Pre-Delivery, and Warehouse teams
  • Assist with internal business requirements as needed
  • Unpack stock orders and maintain a clean, organized parts department
  • Receive and process incoming parts orders, branch transfers, and supplier deliveries
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
  • Complete additional duties as directed by management

  • Only candidates with relevant automotive dealership parts interpreting experience and who complete all application questions will be considered.
