The mission - We're hiring a Partnership Manager to build and scale Sprinto's partner ecosystem. This role is about creating long-term revenue through strategic partnerships, not just managing existing relationships. You'll identify, recruit, and enable consulting firms, channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers who can take Sprinto to new customers and markets. From building the partner pipeline to driving joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling opportunities, you'll own the partner journey end to end. We're looking for someone who understands that successful partnerships are built on mutual growth. Someone who can influence senior stakeholders, create repeatable partner programs, and turn relationships into predictable pipeline and revenue.
