What you'll do

  • Own the partner tech stack end-to-end, including CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals.
  • Design and maintain partner attribution models and dashboards used by leadership to evaluate performance.
  • Ensure data hygiene and consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints spanning all sub-functions.
  • Design and run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
  • Own the RFC / DRI decision-making framework for the partnerships team, including its use and refinement over time.
  • Run deal-registration and account-ownership processes that keep internal teams aligned on partner-sourced deals.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials that let the team scale without requiring the role in every meeting.
  • Build internal automations that remove manual operations work, such as auto-generated partner performance reports, HubSpot-to-Slack syncs, or deal-conflict alerts, using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
  • Prototype and ship lightweight internal apps and dashboards, such as partner health scorecards, RFC trackers, and cross-tool syncs, without waiting on a shared data engineering backlog.
  • Act as technical owner for partnerships' internal tools: write the spec, build it, test it, ship it, and maintain it.
  • Decide when a quick internal script needs to be handed to Data or Engineering for production hardening and manage that handoff cleanly.
  • Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue and pipeline influence.
  • Own the metrics and KPI framework the partnerships team is measured against.
  • Support QBRs and board-level reporting on partnership performance.
  • Contribute to partner segmentation, tiering, and prioritization strategy using data and operational reality.
  • Challenge existing assumptions in the partner motion using evidence from owned systems.
  • Partner with the Head of Partnerships on strategic planning cycles, translating operational signals into recommendations.
  • Own execution of agreed strategic direction and drive the operational and cross-functional work to implement it.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
  • Ensure partner agreement terms are correctly reflected in systems and reporting.
  • Contribute to and challenge decisions on partner segmentation, tiering, and incentive structures.

What they require

  • 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related operations function, including experience designing, not just running, a program at scale.
  • Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack, including making build, buy, or migrate decisions.
  • Comfortable operating as the operational voice in executive-level rooms, including QBRs, board prep, and cross-functional planning.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development, such as Claude Code or similar, including scoping problems, prompting effectively, reviewing output critically, and shipping real solutions.
  • A point of view on partner economics, including rev share modeling and LTV by partner type, that can inform deal structuring.
  • Track record of shaping strategic decisions, not just implementing them, including pressure-testing plans and owning execution once direction is set.
  • Experience managing a small team or dotted-line relationships across regions or sub-functions.
  • Excellent written communication, including turning ambiguity into a clear framework or one-page decision doc.
  • Candidates will complete a short build exercise using Claude Code or a similar tool to solve a messy partner-data problem.
  • Preferred: Background in a developer-tools or platform business with a partner-driven go-to-market motion.
  • Preferred: Prior experience building internal tools or scripts, even informally, before AI-assisted development made it mainstream.
