ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring our first partner marketer for ElevenAgents in North America. We are looking for someone who has built partner marketing programs at scale and knows what it looks like when it is done well.

ElevenAgents is already inside some of the world’s largest enterprises. The ecosystem is ready to move. The hyperscalers, AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, are where a growing share of enterprise software now gets bought. The global and regional systems integrators are the firms actually delivering these deployments. What we do not have yet is anyone marketing that.

One week you are running a joint go-to-market program at an industry event with a technology partner, drawing on a shared MDF budget. The next you are working with a systems integrator to get ElevenAgents in front of the right enterprise buyers. You will define what partner marketing looks like at ElevenLabs, then build it: the programs, the playbooks, and the relationships.

The goal is to 11x the return we get from our partner relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have built partner marketing programs from scratch and know what 0 to 1 actually looks like in practice.
• You have hands-on experience across co-marketing: joint campaigns, co-branded events, MDF management, and partner enablement.
• You have run at least one hyperscaler or systems integrator relationship yourself, and can name it.
• You know the mechanics. Cloud marketplaces, co-sell programs, MDF, partner tiers, and practice enablement. You can explain how the money moves and who has to say yes.
• You understand what technology and SI partners need to go to market effectively, and how to make it easy for them to say yes.
• You can build partner relationships on both sides of the table and earn trust quickly.
• You know how to measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and can translate that into something meaningful for leadership.
• You set your own priorities and move without waiting to be asked.
• You have 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in partner or channel marketing.

BONUS

• Experience marketing AI agents, contact center technology, or developer tooling.
• Experience launching a product into a category that did not exist yet.

LOCATION

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in North America with the ability to operate in PT or ET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
