We're looking for a part-time (VSP) Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities: You will report to the Associate Medical Director You will provide virtual primary care services for patients supporting Upstate South Carolina centers. Maintain accurate documentation and medical records Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists Partner with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualification: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP) Current national certification (AANP or ANCC) Active, unrestricted NP license in SC. DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid credentials (or ability to obtain upon hire) Preferred Qualification: 2+ years Nurse Practitioner experience Experience in primary care, or Medicare Advantage settings with geriatric patients Experience with Athena EMR Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines.
