Adjunct, part-time graduate-level instructor for Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods or related areas; courses are online with one-hour virtual class sessions Monday or Tuesday evenings at 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time and a monthly Thursday 7:00 p.m. ET meeting.

What you'll do

  • Teach assigned graduate-level courses in Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods, or related areas.
  • Facilitate meaningful student engagement, provide timely feedback, and assess student learning.
  • Maintain regular communication with students and align course delivery with program learning outcomes.
  • Integrate Christian biblical values into course discussions to support ethical decision-making and applied leadership.
  • Participate in a monthly one-hour virtual faculty meeting to support program alignment, student success, assessment, and continuous improvement.

What they require

  • Graduate credential in organizational behavior, organizational change, management, leadership, or a closely related field, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
  • Relevant professional experience in leadership, management, organizational development, consulting, human resources, or change management is required.
  • Preferred: Ph.D. or terminal degree in organizational behavior, organizational leadership, management, organizational development, or a closely related field.
  • Preferred: Prior graduate teaching experience, especially in online formats.
